Declaraci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edtica Erasmus<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Estrategia.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Nuestro instituto, el IES El M\u00e9dano, ha llevado a cabo varios proyectos de formaci\u00f3n en el extranjero (K102) con otras empresas y centros de educaci\u00f3n europeos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para el pr\u00f3ximo per\u00edodo (2023-27) de ECHE nos proponemos los siguientes objetivos:<\/span><\/p>\n

1) Movilidad de estudiantes para pr\u00e1cticas en el extranjero para facilitar su mayor integraci\u00f3n en el mercado laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Movilidad del personal a diferentes pa\u00edses de Europa para mejorar sus competencias ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y educativas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Objetivos.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

1) Fomentar la movilidad de los estudiantes dentro de Europa para las pr\u00e1cticas del m\u00f3dulo de Formaci\u00f3n en centros de Trabajo y para sus pr\u00e1cticas como t\u00e9cnicos cualificados.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Desarrollar las competencias y habilidades profesionales de nuestros alumnos para facilitar su posterior labor integraci\u00f3n del mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Conseguir la m\u00e1xima adaptaci\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica de alumnos y profesores fomentando el intercambio de Experiencias profesionales interactuando y trabajando con profesionales de otras culturas.<\/span><\/p>\n

4) Potenciar la integraci\u00f3n del Plan Europeo de Desarrollo en nuestro instituto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Impacto.<\/span> <\/b><\/p>\n

Con este proyecto, todo nuestro alumnado matriculado en Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior, independientemente de su condici\u00f3n y circunstancias, podr\u00e1 participar en pr\u00e1cticas en el extranjero.<\/span><\/p>\n

El proyecto contribuir\u00e1 a su integraci\u00f3n en el mercado laboral, a\u00f1adiendo un aspecto transnacional a su proceso de formaci\u00f3n y mejora de sus competencias profesionales y ling\u00fc\u00edsticas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por otro lado, desarrollar\u00e1 las competencias docentes y ling\u00fc\u00edsticas de nuestro personal de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, potenciar\u00e1 el compromiso intercultural del IES El M\u00e9dano y su internacionalizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategy.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Secondary School (IES El Medano) has carried out some projects of training abroad (K102) with other European schools.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the next period (2023-27) of ECHE we will have the following projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

1) Student mobility for traineeships abroad to facilitate their further labour market integration.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Staff mobility to different countries of Europe to develop their linguistic and educational skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Objectives<\/span>.<\/b><\/p>\n

1) To promote the mobility of students within Europe for the internship of the module of Workplace Training and for their internship as qualified technicians.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) To develop the professional competencies and skills of our students to facilitate their further labour market integration.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) To achieve the highest linguistic adaptation of students and teachers promoting the sharing of professional experiences interacting and working with professionals from other cultures.<\/span><\/p>\n

4) To enhance the integration of the European Development Plan in our school.<\/span><\/p>\n

Impact.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

With this project, all our students enrolled in Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycles, regardless of their condition and circumstances, will be able to participate in internships abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project will contribute to their labour market integration, adding a transnational aspect to their training process and improving their professional and linguistic skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, it will develop the teaching and linguistic skills of our Vocational Training staff. <\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, it will enhance the intercultural commitment of IES El Medano and its internationalisation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
